纳米材料制备与表征

本研究小组长期从事纳米光电材料的制备及性能研究。

在光电材料制备方面:对钛及其合金表面一维纳米结构的阳极氧化制备进行了系统研究;对钛及其合金表面、柔性基体表面一维纳米结构的水热/溶剂热制备进行了系统研究;对一维纳米结构的生长机理进行系统探索;对多元硫化物粉体及薄膜的溶剂热合成制备进行了系统研究,并作为染料敏化太阳能电池新型对电极使用。

在光电材料性能研究方面:搭建了光催化、染料敏化太阳能电池测试平台;自制了光催化、太阳能电池测试平台用专用夹具等配套设备;建立了完整的测试规范。

在新型纳米材料制备方面:探索了多种石墨烯的制备方法;尝试制备了石墨烯/功能半导体复合体系的制备;基于柔性碳布或PET基底,开发了复合新型染料敏化太阳能电池用对电极材料。
