秦琦，女，博士。2001年9月-2005年6月就读于南京航空航天大学获得学士学位，2005年9月-2010年12月就读于南京航空航天大学，2007年4月获得硕士学位，2010年12月获得博士学位。

长期从事导电高分子材料在染料敏化太阳能电池中的应用研究，导电高分子的化学法及电化学法合成，染料敏化太阳能电池的制备等。
